Purestander adheres to standardized after-sales rules to guarantee premium shopping experience for all customers.

1.1 Eligible Return Conditions

  • All returns are accepted within30 calendar days after order delivery.
  • Returned products must be unused, unwashed, intact with original tags, packages and accessories attached, without man-made damage, stain or scratch.
  • Free defective item return & full refund for wrong shipment, quality defect and product description mismatch.

1.2 Unqualified Returns

We refuse returns on worn, damaged, altered, clearance final-sale goods, or products without original official packaging.

1.3 Refund Rules

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned parcel, refund will be processed to your original payment account within 3-7 working days.
  • If original order enjoys free shipping (order over ¥39), partial return will deduct standard shipping fee from final refund.
  • Customer bears return shipping fee for voluntary no-reason return; defective product return shipping is covered by Purestander.
